These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") specify the expectations and responsibilities for medical attendants registered under MEDICA. By registering with MEDICA, you agree to adhere to these T&C.
Medical attendants shall maintain the highest professional and ethical standards. This includes complying with the codes of conduct and ethics established by the healthcare professionals, Patients or their guardians, and involved Institutions.
Medical attendants shall work closely and collaboratively with patients, patient’s guardians, healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Medical attendants are requested to participate in ongoing training and education to enhance their skills and stay current with best practices in the healthcare field.
Medical attendants must comply with all relevant laws and regulations prevailing in Sri Lanka and guidelines provided by the employer, medical professional or institute.
Medical attendants must promptly report any errors, incidents, or safety concerns to their employers, medical professionals or institutes and actively participate in the quality improvement programs.
Medical attendants shall maintain strict patient confidentiality, refraining from disclosing or discussing patient information with unauthorized individuals.
MEDICA reserves the right to terminate the employment of medical attendants for just cause, including violations of these T&C or any other acts deemed unethical or go against social norms.
These T&C may be updated by MEDICA at any time, with or without notice.
