MEDICA offers various online medical services, including but not limited to:

• Access to healthcare professionals and institutes for medical advice and consultation.
• Pharmaceutical services, including medication orders and deliveries.
• Appointment scheduling with healthcare providers.
• Health information and resources.

1. Eligibility:
   Users of MEDICA must be a registered pharmacy under the legislations set forth by the governing laws of Sri Lanka.
2. Conduct:
   Users shall use MEDICA responsibly and refrain from any unlawful or unethical activities. This includes providing accurate and complete information.

1. Professional Advice:
   Any medical advice or consultations provided through MEDICA are by registered medical professionals and institutes in Sri Lanka.
2. Privacy:
   Users are responsible for the security of their personal health information. MEDICA complies with applicable privacy laws, as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Medication Orders:
   Registered Pharmacies would receive electronic prescriptions administered by MEDICA registered medical professionals (doctors). Patients may order prescription and over-the-counter medications through MEDICA. All orders are subject to approval by licensed pharmacists.
2. Medication Delivery:
   MEDICA could offer medication delivery services. It would be the responsibility of the pharmacy to ensure that the orders are prepared and handed over to the delivery personnel in a timely manner.
3. Pharmacy License:
   All pharmacies registered through MEDICA should be manned by licensed pharmacists and operate in accordance with the laws and regulations of Sri Lanka.

• Charges:
  Users will be charged for services and medications ordered, in accordance with the rates MEDICA might charge those who obtain services provided by MEDICA according to the rates specified during signing up. These rates could change from time to time.
• Fees will be based on the number of bookings made via the MEDICA platform and will be calculated monthly.
• An electronically generated invoice will be provided to those who obtain services rendered through MEDICA by the end of each month.
• The invoice amount is due for payment within 15 days from the invoice's generation.
• Any disputes or queries regarding invoice errors must be communicated in writing to MECICA within seven days from the invoice's generation. If no query is received within this time, the obtainer of the services offered by MEDICA is deemed to have accepted the invoice's accuracy.
• If there is a dispute, the obtainers of the services provided by MEDICA should pay the undisputed amount while the dispute is resolved.

In the event of disputes, users shall attempt to resolve issues with MEDICA through mediation or other appropriate dispute resolution mechanisms. Users may also have legal rights in accordance with applicable laws of Sri Lanka.

MEDICA reserves the right to terminate the employment of medical attendants for just cause, including violations of these T&C or any other acts deemed unethical or go against social norms.
