Therapists shall maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in their practice. This includes compliance with the codes of ethics and conduct established by their relevant professional organizations and the legislations of Sri Lanka.

Therapists shall collaborate with clients, their support systems, and other healthcare professionals, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care and the best possible outcomes.
Therapists are expected to engage in ongoing professional development to enhance their skills and stay current with advancements in the field of therapy.
Therapists must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including licensing requirements and professional standards applicable to their practice.
Therapists should promptly report any incidents, errors, or safety concerns to the patient, guardian of the patient, any supervisors or any relevant authorities in accordance with the guidelines provided.
MEDICA reserves the right to terminate the employment of medical attendants for just cause, including violations of these T&C or any other acts deemed unethical or go against social norms.
These T&C may be updated by MEDICA at any time, with or without notice.
